This series covers Redshift Camera Types, Rendering with Different lens shaders like Bokeh and Photographic Exposure, and Lens Distortion, and techniques on rendering optimization in Redshift for Maya.
This is video is part of a series I had put together on my free time covering Global Illumination engines and techniques in Redshift for Maya. In this video I specifically cover the Irradiance Cache GI engine.
These are some older videos that I put together around 2016 while trying to transition from Prerendered CG production to real-time production for video games. Primarily trying to learn and get practice with retopology techniques for building game-res models, and understanding how real-time texturing and shading works, compared to offline renderers. It’s still fun to look back at these every now and then!
